If you are interested in joining Rotary and want to make the most of your Rotary experience, then make sure you check out the newest and most exciting Rotary club in town! At the Rotary Club of Downtown Victoria, we like to do things a little differently to most Rotary clubs.

We enjoy community volunteering, fundraising and most importantly having fun! We meet most weeks at The Bent Mask at the convenient time of 5:45pm. Once a month, we have a social or volunteer event instead of a meeting, so please check out our Facebook page for the latest meeting information and upcoming events.

Our club was founded on four core principles:

ACTIVE – The Rotary Club of Downtown Victoria is dedicated to active community involvement. We believe that as a member of Rotary you want to be present and involved with our community. As well, as make a difference in communities abroad.

ACCESSIBLE -Club membership is open to people of all ages and professions. Our members ages range from their 20s to 50s and we come from a variety of backgrounds. We meet at the practical time of 5:45pm when right after work you can get a bite to eat or drink if you want. Plus children are more than welcome!

FLEXIBLE – We understand that people lead busy lives and it can be daunting to figure out how you will fit Rotary into it. Don’t fear, membership of this club is flexible. We aim to make Rotary fit into your life.

ECONOMICAL – Rotary shouldn’t cost a fortune. RCDV intends to keep costs low, so we can focus on the important aspects of being a Rotarian. We offer easy monthly or yearly payments with no added costs! There are discounted memberships available for former Rotaract students and couples looking to join our club.
